they've been good only for the past 15 years or so. they were very average before Steve Spurrier came around.

That is screwing with their rankings a bit. They should have gone with wining seasons get 1 point and losing seasons get 0. Vandy is down there as far as prestige goes but they certainly are not the least worst football school in the country. At the very least, they needed to give negative points for every year a team did not have a Division I record since 1936.
