When you do your best to force the conversation away from how creepy it is to compare Trump to Jesus (what this post started as), you are, at the very least, wanting people to turn a blind eye to how cultish Trump zealots are acting. So calling it a straw man when you flip out and try to redirect the conversation to the weaponization of govt entities to deflect away from how your crew is acting is absolutely accurate. People are allowed to discuss all sorts of things without you shutting it down when you get pissy about the discussion accurately painting some Trump fans as creepy cultist. There are all sorts of topics in the politics board that have nothing to do with weaponizing govt. Why aren’t you jumping onto all of them to redirect the to only the “relevant questions”?
