Is Cortez Hankton Related to Telly

and the infamous Central City Hankton family? I thought I saw him on a family photo on a documentary I watched last night.

They are cousins and he said he hasn’t been back to Louisiana before being hired at LSU since he graduated from St Aug. One of his cousins who was here under Saban or Miles and another player under Dinardo were both arrested for murder linked with Telly Hankton.

Troy Hankton played for Saban and was arrested. Nemesis Bates played for Dinardo and was in their crime family. Furnell was never involved.

There was Karl Hankton from NOLA De La Salle but didn’t go to LSU. He plated WR and Special Teams for Carolina.

His other cousin Cordea played at Rummel and has been around a few schools coaching as quality control or an analyst colorado, Mich St., and Texas , but is now the RB coach at Charlotte University.

Karl definitely started his career at LSU and transferred out after his Soph year I believe. He had a good NFL career. Besides a minor assault charge I don't believe he been in trouble with the law and certainly not involved in the Hankton crime family.
