How do you put a fence up around your state when Arch will get $3-4m, everyone is open to basically being bought instead of wanting to play for a state or university. Like Matthews from Ponchatoula last season. It was all LSU till the offer from ATM came in.

Ive said it a few times, just wait until this money starts getting funneled back to the hood and used for criminal activity. Its going to happen!
