Gretchen Whitmer is filing a lawsuit to overturn a Michigan law that bans abortion automatically when Roe is overturned.

About 12 states have trigger laws which would ban abortion if Roe vs Wade is overturned. Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, Idaho, Utah, Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Louisiana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, and South Dakota are on the list.

The left wanted to campaign on social issues? They have one.
Unfortunately for them, the original precedent they were supporting was shite law cobbled together from several “penumbras and enumerations” to create the desired result.
Overturning Roe won’t outlaw abortion across the country but it will limit its access in some states.
I guess PP will be booked by people wanting their last chances at Moloch worship before this comes to pass.

Very tricky spot for Desantis. It wouldn’t be popular statewide.
