Father in law owns a big tract of land purchased earlier this year. We bought a portion from the same lady before they settled. We are having it surveyed so we can go to bank to build. Do we have to bring this to police jury?

Your closing agent can file a copy in the courthouse with the deed.

Do you need it rezoned or have a road built? Otherwise don't know why you'd need to go before the PJ

Don’t think it’s an LLC. The portion we bought was purchased before the LLC existed if it is. Our portion was to have a home built on it before. The other land is crop land. Trying to get this shot resolved. We’re supposed to start building within the next two weeks and now this shite happens to come up!!

Bang your mother-in-law to show your dominance.
After that, you should have smooth sailing.

I still don't know what the conflict is. Is there a boundary dispute?

I don’t know what’s so hard to understand…..
A big tract of land that his father bought has a small piece that a bank lady whom they bought originally, quit claimed the 2nd subsequent 3rd installment of the 1st ORIGINAL short-sell deed purchase. Now all this was back before they did a like Kind exchange for a conservation easement that was on tribal land. Capisce?
