ND assistants not coming is not concerning

They're about to go to the playoffs and don't want to miss that opportunity as well as uproot their families on such short notice.
I know that it's part of the game/business but I don't think it's of much concern. If we had a competent coach this past year we'd have gone 9-3 at worst.
Kelly will get it done.

No it’s absolutely not. Freeman is staying because he’s going to be HC and Rees is a ND grad. Didn’t expect a lot of staff to come with him. He’ll put together a good staff

Kelly has built his staff and programs at every stop he has been at. Not concerned either. He will get it done and I like the fact he is not the type of coach who just hires his buddies. Do your job or gtfo.

Zero assistants came with Saban from Michigan State. They stayed behind to work for Bobby Williams. He also turned over a couple of DCs etc real quick early on here. Kelly will survive.

We want Elston and their S/C coach Balis to come along. Maybe their RB coach, Lance Taylor, who is a Bama alum. But other than that, we're fine with Raymond and Davis and then hiring new coaches after them.

If any of Kelly's ND assistants do come to LSU, we will not know about such moves until January at the earliest and after the Feb. NSD/March 1 at the latest. Such hirings will not be announced at this time.
