Hopefully the hire excites him enough to come back. Came all the way from CA to play for O, maybe he’ll see it’s in his best interest to stay put and be the top DB on a better coached LSU team. He has a better chance of solidifying/improving his draft stock here than anywhere else.

LSU was fine without him. The guys who want to play showed up and played their asses off in November.

Moscona said tonight on his Live that Ricks is a whiny bitch and is mad that he didn't get any NIL deals, that they all went to Stingley who quit to rest up for the draft.

Rick's is a great talent BUT the whole NFLSU has gone too far, we have had alot of "me first" hired merks on the team that sit out, transfer, leave early etc instead of having team first guys that are there for the TEAM, in football that's a huge problem, let them leave if they want, fixing the culture is SO much bigger than one year of one CB...we played better without our STARS with guys that wanted to be here at LSU... I'd rather he stay but get on the train or get out the way, it's time to rebuild the TEAM culture at LSU

The best first move that B Kelly can Make when he arrives in Baton Rouge Is to not accept Ricks back on the Team.
He will then have told his team he wants people that want to be here and not bail on them middle of season.
My only other thought would be that he ask a few leaders on the team their thoughts before doing that. But. My gut is come in and let everyone know. He is not willing to put up with individuals who put themselves above the team.

A lot to see here. Yes, there must be a culture change. However, Ricks is what 19? I did a handful of things at 19 that I would not do now. I was rather impatient at 19. Give that boy one chance to come to work for LSU. If he hesitates, then tell him thank you but no thank you.
