False. But he won’t have to pay as high of a sales tax as he would have if he had moved to Louisiana

(Downvotes don’t change the fact that it’s true. He would pay on average 3% more in sales taxes in Louisiana his income tax difference between Louisiana and Cali is roughly only 6%. When you calculate actual taxes you’d spend in a year at both places, the difference is negligible but Cali is a much nicer place to live with far better schools, roads, power grids etc. sorry if you don’t like these facts but your feelings won’t change them)
