How would you do that? Just asking because you might be surprised if you look at strength of schedule. It's not that different and ND's is tougher the last 2 years

Strength of schedule comparisons

2018
ND-13
aTm-5

2019
ND-16
aTm-11

2020
ND-16
aTm-19

2021
ND-7
aTm-8

ETA: I am not advocating for Kelly, wouldn't be super excited about him as a hire though I would not melt.

I prefer coaches who haven’t killed kids.

Listen man, I don't know shite about Kelley other than he has stabilised ND which was floundering for years under Willingham, Weis, etc. Yea he's 60 but he would provide stability and hopefully the understanding of what it would take to win in the SEC. I doubt it's him, but he's the best coach we would have had since Saban for sure.

Personally I'm pulling for a Meyer hire. He can go to BR for 3 years and have as many adult women grind on him as he wants because he would 100% deliver a championship. Dude reminds me of Larry Brown except everywhere he goes he wins titles (cfb).

If not Meyer, obviously Aranda would be great. Yea it's going with someone you know, but because you know him, you know he's a cerebral coach. You know he thinks about all of the details. Dude can turn 3* talent into 5*s. I wouldn't see someone like him leaving for the NFL either until he delivers a championship.

Ha!!!! We’ve had Les and Ed since Saban. Literally every single coach we have discussed would be the best since Nick.

I'm no fan of Kelly but I think he would do a good job at LSU.

I was responding to someone who was acting as though he had a super easy schedule over the last 4 years relative to Jimbo. He hasn't based on strength of schedule. Of course I am not sure those calculations are always accurate.

Just saw an interview on local news out of Shreveport, KTBS News, they were talking to that worthless a$$ senator Bill Cassidy about infrastructure money for Shreveport, near the end of the interview they mentioned LSU coaching search and he said he’s been told it will be Brian Kelly. He’s a cuck and and crook but he may have some inside perspective.
