Yes, next question. Don’t do criminal shite if you don’t want to be in jail.

The fact that the current monetary bail system doesn’t keep killers in jail is the fricking point. I’m not sure how some of you don’t understand this.

Utopians live far away from crime and pestilence. In gated areas, usually highly segregated.

Their policies only hurt the poor people.

For non-violent, low flight risk defendants, absolutely make the bail low to combat incarceration.

This guy ran over someone with his fricking car out of anger. That’s extremely violent.

Why should a non violent low risk defendant have to make bond at all?

And why should a violent flight risk be able to make bond at all?

Which cost the pedophile dindu 100 dollars to bond out.

Now the dancing grannies are dead and 18 children are in the hospital.

You people are sick.

Roger, your lack of substantive responses just make you look like an idiot with nothing to say, but feel free to keep it up

4. We should keep monetary bail because alternatives will result in killers being freed.

Never change, OT.

I hope you don't think you were making a point. Because you didn't.

Really? The post I linked to that you made a point of not copying in your previous reply wasn’t substantive?

Cut the bullshite centrist act. Every time I’ve seen you argue it’s been damn near in lock step with mainstream progressive ideology. Your side is the left side of the political spectrum.

Your take on bail is very libertarian, but I don’t be piece for one second you’re coming at it from a libertarian foundation. Rather all your posts and arguments lead me to be liege you are coming at it from a restorative justice standpoint and your true belief that minorities just aren’t as capable as whites so therefore you must tilt the scales in their favor.

Just admit your ignorance on the current application and relative merits of different systems of bond and release. There’s no shame in it

He's not affected by these kind of things. They don't exist according to him.

All violent felonies and property crimes over a certain amount should carry a cash bail. Period.

Lesser offenses should not.

No, you didn't. And you maintaining you did so doesn't change the fact you didn't.

That is the face of leftist progressivism in America today. I hope he lives a nightmare every day of the deaths he has allowed to happen by his decisions.
