Probably a judge that does not impose a $2m bond for his current charges.

The whole community needs to make her life a living hell.
None of this crap would be happening if they were left in prison.

Brooks has a decades-long criminal record that includes arrests for sexual abuse, drugs, battery and domestic abuse, records showed.
He has two active cases in Milwaukee.
In one, Brooks was charged in July 2020 with two counts of reckless endangerment and possession of a dangerous weapon as a convicted felon before he posted $500 bail in February.
In the other matter, he was charged on Nov. 5 with allegedly resisting or obstructing an officer, bail jumping recklessly, endangering safety, disorderly conduct and battery, court records showed.
Those final three charges were acts connected to domestic abuse, according to court records.
The alleged victim in that incident was the mother to Brooks’ child. Court records allege that Brooks punched her and later ran over her with his car in a local gas station parking lot.
When police arrived on scene, the documents say they noticed dried blood on her face, a swollen lip, and tire tracks on her left pants leg.
Brooks had posted a $1,000 cash bond to secure his freedom on Nov. 11, the court records showed.
The prosecutor in those two cases could not be immediately reached for comment on Monday, while Brooks' most recent attorney declined to discuss those charges.

$1000 bond AFTER he ran over a woman and jumped an earlier bail??????
WTF is wrong with our court system? IMHO he should have been in jail until trial, once you jump bail and then try to commit murder he's done being a free man.

She, the Judge that let him out has a history....
A case last year
MILWAUKEE —
When Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Michelle Havas sentenced Joel Streicher to jail time for causing a deadly crash, she had no idea the facility where she sent him had a policy that allowed the former sheriff's deputy to serve his sentence at home wearing a GPS monitor, court records indicate.

Not sure why but I’m having problems posting a link from my phone.
Search “ Activist Prosecutor Who Let Waukesha Suspected Mass Murderer out Has Very ‘Interesting’ Views” and you’ll find several sources. Identifies the ADA and DA responsible.

So 1k bond after running a woman over, and has a criminal record.
No past criminal record and video evidence of self defense with no bond for 2 months. Then 2 million…..
Black privilege…..

One of my biggest pet peeves, if they refuse to enforce gun crimes, what the hell will new and more restrictive gun laws accomplish?
The goal, as you all know, is to screw responsible gun owners so that we will be at the mercy of government and government sponsored thugs.
I miss the law and order stance of our previous and most effective President.
