1. The trial exposes that the black kid WHILE IN NO WAY DESERVED TO BE KILLED wasn’t quite the saint the media made him out to be (suggestions that he was stealing things from the house)
2. But more importantly, it is very likely the defendants will be found guilty…which doesn’t fit their narrative of “white privilege”. That case isn’t going to allow them to foster the division and discontent they thrive on. If fact, just the opposite
They knew KR was likely going to be found not guilty and it was going to be a case where they could push their narrative of division.
The media is the single biggest enemy to an otherwise peaceful society in the US.

Well, to be fair, this only came about because the video was released to the public.
The REAL trial should be the federal prosecution of the local LEO and prosecutor who clearly were covering up what is likely to be found a murder. Those evil people almost swept a potential first degree murder under the rug.

Why is the Aubrey case not on TV ?
It’s on Headline News.

Gutted defense theory of the case.
They were always on shaky ground. But, as I said, the bare facts of the Arbery case are a lot more complicated than the open and shut self-defense case of Rittenhouse (which, it must be admitted now was largely a political prosecution).
It is possible to look at the Arbery case from both sides without a political lens if one chose to. It's a better law school hypothetical, that's for sure. The Rittenhouse case requires Kindergarten (at least legally) analysis compared to the Arbery situation.

Correct me if I am wrong and I'm sure you will but didn't Arbery grab the end of the shotgun like Huber for KR and pull on it thus causing the guy's trigger finger to pull the trigger.
Sounds like a suicide to me.

Even if it's a suicide, it's likely a death during the commission of a felony, and they're charged with felony murder.
So this crazy interpretation still gets Murder 1 for the idiots

This is what should really get your attention. In the early days of the Aubrey case, he was , to most on this board a ‘dindunufin’, the case had already been closed by LEO and the DA. It was ALMOST out of the public eye.
Then the video came out. For whatever reason, one of the agitators cell phone video (which they were trying to hide) was released. Aubrey went from criminal who deserved to die to hunted down in the streets.

I am surprised that’s not where the main focus is.
And this is like the Rittenhouse case is nothing but prosecutors not doing their job. In one case they predetermined they would prosecute, but in this one they tried to cover it up.
