Denver Harris and Shemar Stewart Question

I know early on in the process we were either considered in the lead for (Stewart) and or within the top 3 (Harris). With the season that we have had the firing of Coach O, obviously things have changed.
That being said, if we do make a great hire; Riley, Aranda, Rhule or Campbell. Do you think either of these guys would be back on board or have we lost too much ground?

Depends on lots of things. We’re they high on Oklahoma? Do they like the hire LSU makes and could that coach sell them on LSU? What are they looking at for where they go? Also, does the new coach want them? I don’t know why he wouldn’t, but who knows.
So, the answer is
I don’t think we’ve lost too much ground with Harris as long as the hire is made with plenty of time before they sign.

I think Shemar is out either way he didnt like the official to LSU before the season even started - Harris i think is waiting to see who they hire like alot of kids. If Cory Raymond stays and the HC is a good hire then i think Harris is very much still in the thick of it.

The new coach needs to fill holes and not worry about rankings. Get some lineman, get a RB, get a Safety, get some LBs while hitting the Transfer market hard. Worry about rankings next year

I undoubtedly think Bama would take both Denver and Domani but I wonder if they only have one spot left for CB and Domani plans to take it. No idea but it does make you wonder.

Harris is Bama’s to lose at this point. We may have a small chance if Raymond is retained. Stewart reportedly wanted a high dollar amount on his visit and we didn’t meet his demands. A&M is shelling out massive amounts and hiding it through NIL. It’s the only reason Stewart and Nolen are going there.

If that is the case then we dont need players like that in our new culture the HC will instill in the program. We need kids who first like the University / team first / ehat to get developed and then whatever comes from NIL thats a plus. Kids that are going for money first to me seems like they will flame out. Normally the kids that come to play with the right mind set know they are going to the NFL....

Keeping with that theme, check out these guys who are committed or trending to A&M:
L. Moss- has multiple kids, involved with some shady people in BR which is why he’s looking to get out
S. Stewart- supposedly demanding boat loads of money and will go to the highest bidder
W. Nolen- bounced around to 3+ schools in high school and also going to the highest bidder.
I know it looks great to sign highly rated guys, but at some point, their character or lack thereof will become an issue.

Yep. It's starting to look like those later FSU years for Jimbo.
Don't forget guys like McKinnley Jackson and Demond Demas from the last couple of years. I'm not sure if Demas was a highest bidder situation, but I know he was ineligible to play his senior year due to a possibly shady transfer situation (at least the Texas HS sports association deemed it as shady).

It’s a perfect storm for their recruiting this cycle.
Texas is down leaving Evan Stewart and Denver Harris as a real possibility. Bama is gonna get the #1 corner in Domani so Denver is really available, Tennessee sucks and Geoergia took the Bear DT so now Walter Nolan was all ears to the Bitcoin offer
All Florida schools and LSU are trash so Shemar is available.
