What are the two or three top areas in Baton Rouge to live?

Nowhere in BR. Northshore area. Mandeville, Madisonville. Only nice areas in SE Louisiana but the traffic is fricking awful.

For the HC at LSU, probably UClub. Commute straight down Nicholson, nice arse house, private golf course for the few days to play... I would hate to live there, but I gotta imagine most things the average person would look for, don't come into play for the LSU HC.

UClub is most likely landing spot, given the size of the neighborhood, size of the houses, and location to campus. Big house off Highland like what Saban had would be an option, but he'd have to hit it at the right time due to limited supply.
