Is this a serious question?
There is no perfect coach, but Riley represents easily one of the best options and he knows how to pull great QB recruits and then get them to perform. Anyone that doesn’t think Riley would be a great hire is just being contrarian.

Riley's teams are soft, and not built to win championships.
Riley is a great OC and a very good HC, but he isn't elite yet.
People figure out how to slow his offense just enough, and laugh at his defense. He's tier 2 behind championship coaches.
