So Cantrell says Mardi Gras is back, fools re elect her, now says vaccine passport required and encourages snitches again via 311. No link,don’t know how, don’t care, but WWL reporting if want to look for it.

We were there a few weeks ago.

Well, we know she doesn't have enough police officers to patrol the city under normal circumstances. So I assume she'll appoint some non-profit organization to check vaccine cards.
