If they kill one a day, that's 365 a year...365 less NBR and/or Gardere residents, sounds like a win to me.

Not that I know specifically about murder but generally once you do something taboo, it becomes less taboo for you to repeat.
Point being, unless stopped killers will generally continue to kill more folks and those folks may not be the folks you want them to “eliminate”.
Could be you or your’s.
