Elder Scrolls 6 to be XBOX and PC exclusive - playstation players thoughts?

Elder Scrolls 6 to be XBOX exlcusive
Im both pc and playstation and honestly i dont care. I could play it on PC but not to excited about anything Bethesda has done recently. Ever since Fallout 4 they seem to be going in a direction im not too interested in following. Dont get me wrong, played the hell out of FO4, FO76 and ESO but none of them are really that good compared to what they have done in the past.
Im sure Elder Scrolls 6 and Starfield will be solid games but i dont feel like im missing out on much.

How so? I can play the games on pc if needed. I just thought it was an interesting conversation topic. My reason for not caring is purely based on Bethesda and their sub par performance over the past number of years.

Thats fair, i guess i will miss out on getting to chose a preferred pronoun in Starfield. Thats...thats something i guess.
If Bethesda can turn it around and put out a stellar RPG again then i'll happily admit being wrong but what is there to point to that they will? Fallout 4 was a fun game but not a good Fallout, Fallout 76 was and is just garbage (turned it back on during halloween season, yep still garbage) and ESO is what it is. Given their track record its more likely that they put out Cyberpunk esque bomb than the next Skyrim

Figured this would happen with the acquisition of Bethesda and the Game Pass player base will only grow larger.

That means free on gamepass baby!! I got 3 years of that shite... It has already paid for itself and more. And I play on PC anyways. Sad day for PS5 fanboys. Xbox really is the way now... Well PC is... But with gamepass of course

I am not surprised by this in the least, but I do not have much positive to say about playing Bethesda RPGs on Sony hardware.
Pretty much every Fallout was broken on PS3 as was Skyrim. Oblivion may have actually been an improvement over the 360 version, but keep in mind that the PS3 version came out at least a year or two after Oblivion first launched.
When Skyrim launched on PS4/Xbox One, I bought the game on Xbox One due to Sony's stance on mod support.
I will likely just buy an xbox to play this or will have an upgraded PC by that point that can handle the game.

Yeah, I hate everything and I'm more than ready for ES6. I'm about to get a fresh Skyrim install and mods going for another go at that. I think Oblivion is a little dated now, although I enjoyed it tremendously.

The more I read about Starfield, the more stoked I am. I'm an unabashed Bethesda fanboy, but I'm so ready for a game outside of Fallout and ES with a brand new engine.

I used to be, but they have fallen off immensely. Before they were acquired by Microsoft, they were heading into Activision/EA territory.

I knew Microsoft was going to do this. You don't spend $7 billion on a popular gaming company and not make their games exclusives.

Don't forget about Wolverine and Horizon Forbidden West. Or the other 23 Exclusives that Sony has in production right now.
One studio proclaiming exclusivity isn't going to save Xbox, which is current getting outsold almost 2 to 1.

Was going to be free on Game Pass regardless. All Bethesda games will be. They'll also all be released on Game Pass the day they premiere, unless there was already an exclusivity agreement with PlayStation in place. In those cases, they'll be released on Game Pass the day that exclusivity ends.

Not sure I'd compare them. ES6 will be a massive RPG worth hundreds of hours. Not really in the same boat. I play PC, I don't care either way as PS exclusives are eventually coming.
