Saying calling it an injury may be too strong a word.
Meaning when people hear the word injury they freak out. Idk the severity of it; but just meaning it could just be a slight pull or tweak or just sore and they are giving it a bit of a rest so that it doesn’t become a full blown injury.
I don’t know how bad, so I wasn’t wanting to automatically label it an injury if it’s something that may not be that severe. Make sense?
