All I know is when he got called up he pulled up to the stadium in a rolls Royce

He had an almost $4M signging bonus in 2017, when he was only 16. I'd assume league minimum salaries since then, which are pretty low for minor league guys and then MLB rookie minimum for 2021 which was the prorated portion of around $570K.
