re: Will SCOTUS kill the OSHA mandate?

Just looking at this mandate from the outside it looks like a slam dunk that it will be tossed. However so did Obamacare, and this is how I am trying to look at how SCOTUS will rule.

If SCOTUS used the circus reasoning that Obamacare is a tax within the governments purview then I fear one judge will side with Roberts and the liberals and do the circus gymnastics in their reasoning to say the Vaccine is a legitimate workplace requirement under OSHA. I am not saying it is but I do see SCOTUS trying to be all vaccine hip and friendly. I can see them being more concerned about what their ruling would have on the vaccine than our constitutional rights. Sad state we are in right now.
