Youngkin is up 4.1 pp with 88% in.
Fairfax County is 100% in.
Loudoun County is 99% in.
Arlington County is 96% in.
Prince William County is 96% in.
Richmond is 97% in.
Henrico is 99% in.

At one point, a NYT reporter was saying that from their estimation (I don't know where they got the info) absentee and early ballots were something like 75/25 in the Democrats' favor.
Take that however you'd like. But if all 12 percent were absentee ballots, it could still flip the elections.
But I thought there were still uncounted votes out in GOP counties?
