While I stand with you in principle, I don’t want any hire based on race, gender, social class or Nepotism. As a father of 3 girls and bi racial grand children, it’s hard to swallow that any decent human beings is anti diversity and or equality. How does your wife feel about her voting rights? Do you mind sharing flights or restaurants with your darker skinned toned neighbors? Because I bet they are pretty fond of equality.
