Radio said there were three on board and they were conscious. Said it hit a car but I didn't hear anything about the occupants of the car.

Just witnessed this on my way to Hammond from Albany, amazing that he didn’t hit any other vehicles with the traffic that was on the road.

They did hit a vehicle. The radio didn't give the condition of the vehicle occupants though

The Advocate reports the flight was logged as Houston to Lake Charles …. That sounds like plugged the wrong waypoint/airport into GPS and went wayyyy out of the way, and ran out of gas.

At least the pilot made it past the "higher fine zone". Can't imagine how the fine would have been in the high zone.
