The New York Times
@nytimes
Thanksgiving 2021 is shaping up to be the most expensive meal in the history of the holiday. Nearly every ingredient, from the turkey to the after-dinner coffee, is expected to cost more than ever.

I thought it was just a treadmill crisis
@AmericaRising
For your Thanksgiving feast don’t forget to add a dollop of supply chain woes, big pinch of labor shortages, a sprinkle of sky high transportation costs, & a heavy pour of inflation!
Remember to give thanks to the Biden Admin for making this holiday season extra expensive!

I'm sure someone will tell us that turkeys need to cost more because of the existential threat of global warming.

I love a good coffee after the food settles.

No such thing as a bad time for coffee! Coffee ranks in the top 3 things keeping the world from burning.

The coffee comes after the turkey nap. Then coffee, so I can be alert when I drive everyone back to Houston.

Depends if the inlaws are in for the holidays or not... If they are, I will drink coffee with Drambuie until I can no longer hear them...
Otherwise, I will throw up...

It's a joke, chill Bmr. I've said Boomers in maybe 5-10 posts out of my 2300 posts

Its hilarious. He boasted about one 4th of July meal being 16 cents cheaper, but just months later, he scoffed at opening strategic oil reserves because it would only lower gas prices by 18 cents per gallon.
