Dr. Benjamin Rush wanted "Medical Freedom" in the bill of rights

While Medical Freedmom should technically be covered in the 4th, 9th, and 14th. He wanted an ammendment specifically for medical freedom. He saw the power the government could use to stir up the masses over a health scare. Rush might be one of the most underrated founders, and greatest thinkers.

Always amazes me how forward thinking these men were…. Almost as if God was speaking through them!

If only this would have been included then it could have solved a lot of issues in today’s world

Even if it was in there we would be in the same position we are in now. The left doesnt care about the Bill of Rights and the courts dont either

Anything health or financial related, our governing body should be subject to the same standards or higher as the population they’re governing.

Lewis and Clark took a large portion of Rush's cure all pill s with them on the Corp of Discovery. The men referred to them as "Rush Thunderbolts", worked better than a mexican buffet and a bottle of tequila...course not the best thing for you if you were dehydrated.
