I don't think anyone is naieve enough to think its not just a matter of time before they consider some "no longer vaccinated"

Which is is why zero shots is the correct answer if you believe in freedom.

Already had a friend ask me if I'm going to get a booster. The look on her face when I said "HELL NO" was priceless of course the military will probably force me to. Gonna start a lot more shite if they try to go there.

For the, "just get the vax!!1!11" crowd, this is a great question. If you have to get a booster every six months for the rest of your life, are you going to do that?

For the, "this virus is so deadly, half my family died from COVID," how many people will you have to know who die or get serious complications from the shot before you decide it's not a great idea?

And yes, I know it's a complete coincidence when a healthy person under 50 gets the shot and has a stroke/heart issues/blood clots three weeks later...

This is a logical question that should have been asked when the mandate idea was first floated. How many vaccines will OSHA require, and will they frequently test if the vaccine is still active and working?
Theoretically, a person could be mandated to take multiple vaccines per year!

I’m stopping at the number of shots I’ve been administered to date: zero. Gotta draw the line somewhere.

Once I left the military decades ago, I pretty much wrote off getting any more jabs. I won't say never but... most likely never. I've had the flu once in 23 years - I was getting sick from the flu shot every year, and still getting the flu.

The shingles jab is one that I thought of getting due to a small outbreak, but mostly likely I'm done at this point.

I’m a huge believer in freedom, absolutely no one should ever be forced to take it.

It’s a choice, one I make because I have a daughter who is at a higher risk and I think it helps reduce that risk.

I almost lost her once due to health issues, I’ll take 40 shots if I think it helps even a little bit to help, but I’d never ask you to wear a mask or take a shot.

I got 2x Moderna. I won’t be getting a booster. I’ve lost all faith in the biomedical industrial complex. They aren’t being honest about covid origins because the NIH and other US players are partly responsible. Pfizer, Moderna, and now Merck are making billions off of science developed in our universities with government investment. Attempts to control drug prices are being quietly strangled on Capitol Hill. 70,000 people died of opioid overdoses last year, an epidemic caused in large part by the overprescribing of drugs in the late 90s and early 00’s. Millions are addicted to antidepressants of dubious efficacy and largely unknown side effects. It’s just a runaway train, and I’m not on board anymore. I don’t condone his methods at all, but I think more and more about Ted Kaczynski these days.

No it's not! The same people that lined up for the jab will line back up for the next wave of boosters. Same for military folks that took the jab.

Work circumstances have had me get a ton of shots, including COVID, japanese encephalitis, yellow fever, and even 3 rounds of the rabies vaccine that only buys ~6 days before becoming lethal.

The COVID shot is not a vaccine and is unnecessary for a large majority of the population. There is a reason this discussion is on the poli board.
