That makes sense. I do not see Riley or Dabo leaving. I have no idea how one would conduct such a search. To me, I would want to have a very solid psychological profile on any potential candidate. Such would have disqualified Coach Idiot and Coach Dumbass before him. I wonder if one such profile could be constructed vicariously through a thorough review of the person's behavior over time.
