He, along with several others, could be the 4th coach to win a natty at LSU in the last 2 decades.

Just don't see Franklin leaving State College. I don't think he's got the chops to recruit well enough for LSU. Vandy and Penn State are one thing, recruiting a different type of animal for LSU and competitive SEC West play are two entirely different things.
