…Is currently in full pads trying to get in the game for overtime for the STM vs. Tuerlings game. I doubt they let him in, but the kid is a warrior. 2 weeks removed from a fractured tibia.

Sounds like he was given the green light by his dad to go in “for the last play” if absolutely needed. STM coaching staff absolute first class group. Shane Savoie basically said “love the fight, but no chance I’m doing that to you.”
Bright future for this kid. Him and Bech are going to do some special stuff.

I was pumped about Russel Shepard coming. Mett and Burrow I was cautiously pumped about. This kid I’m PUMPED PUMPED. Different level of pumped. Would take him over Arch.

It was one of the wildest things I’ve seen. Tuerlings fans kept chanting “we want Walker”. And then he suited up and started throwing on the sideline. It was unbelievable.
We kept thinking he was going in, but he didn’t need to.

Would have been monumental on the stupid chart to put him in.
I honestly can't believe he even was allowed to suit up for OT.
Haven't spoke to his dad yet, but will soon. I'm positive his dad put the brakes on his entering the game. He blew out of the stand when Walker showed on the sidelines dressed.
He was on crutches limping all night. It's not like he was walking around feeling good.
On another note, the sophomore filling in for him looks to be a future prospect as well. Nice job by him
