I was inside of the Legends Annex when 4 girls ran in frantically a little after midnight. They locked us in there for about ten minutes, then let us go. I didn't see or hear anything, but the cops quickly began ushering us out.

Before that, around 10:30, some drunk dude said there was a shooting in Nitetown. I can't confirm this, but it seems like there might have been two separate incidents, the latter of which being the one we are hearing about.

It's a damn shame.

Jacoby Jones played 2nd base at LSU. 2nd base is a position in the infield.

I completely agree with this.

Mahtook is an LSU legend and there's not really any debating that. I thought he was excellent defensively, and more than worthy of being included in this conversation. However, there are some in this thread saying that he is nowhere near the upper echelon of defensive outfielders to come through LSU. I strongly disagree with that sentiment.

Walrus, he couldn't hit anything as a Freshman. I'm pretty sure he hit above .500 as a senior in high school though. He may have just needed a little time to figure things out.

I have no idea who Madking is. I'm assuming a troll of some sort.

Cedrick Harris is a good one to throw out there. I was pretty young during that 1997 season, but I have some memories of him.
