This has pretty much been known since the beginning.
Those posters were right.

The doctors in all of this are a complete and utter failure because for most of them they will just go with the CDC guidelines for treatment and not actually diagnose and prescribe a treatment plan themselves. My mother died from this malpractice in February. She was diagnosed and sent home to treat the symptoms and when rushed to the hospital Remdesivir was what they gave her and ultimately killed her. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, I come down with the Rona. Dr will not give me a Z pack nor prescribe monoclonal antibodies and goes on a rant about Ivermectin even though I didn’t bring it up. The reasoning behind it all was because it wasn’t the recommended treatment from the CDC. I had been using ivermectin once a week and taking vitamins d and c, zinc and CoQ10 daily for months. Finally got a Z pack and antibody treatment from another Dr. and kicked the rona in the teeth.

Covid was nothing more than the sniffles for me, but I would not recommend anyone go to the hospital for it. They blanket everyone with Remdesivir, vanc, and zosyn, then wonder why kidneys start to fail. Remdesivir is absolutely useless.
Get antibodies, take Tylenol, and the most important thing is to move around. Don’t just sit on the couch or lay in bed. Go for a walk and exercise if you can tolerate it

I lived through this and was told my survival and subsequent recovery was 1 in 10,000.

Because many doctors have a God complex.

My entire family caught the COVID and I started them all on three antivirals. I was only worried about my 79 year old dad and 54 year old wife. My son kicked its arse with no meds. I started my dad and wife on ivermectin, HCQ and famotidine. No z-pac because I was concerned with the potential interaction with HCQ. I just wanted to attack the virus with as much antivirals as possible. I had them on antivirals for 5 days. Once I had them on the antiviral I immediately found a monoclonal antibody infusion site. Both my wife and dad received monoclonal antibodies the 2nd day of infection. My wife fully recovered in 2 days. My dad fully recovered in 7 days.
Oh and I got them both a saline IV to hydrate them early in the infection. Dehydration can make things a lot more difficult.
(Ironically I was surrounded by the COVID and never tested positive. I had COVID last summer...very mild...my natural antibodies must still be working.)

Yes. Yes. Yes.

Walgreens refused to fill the Rx
Had COVID back in August. I know my ENT extremely well so I called him and told him I had it and what do I need to do. He sent a script over to CVS for HCL, Steroids, and a Z-Pak. HCL and the Z- Pak come in a prepackaged box and I only had 12 HCLs. So all they had to do was count out 12 HCL.
It took them almost 2 and a half days to do that, and I was so fed up and frustrated I called the local mom and pop pharmacy near me. They called CVS trying to get them to transfer it over and they wouldn’t do it. And the local pharmacy told me they have been doing that for weeks, flat out refusing to transfer those scripts over. Luckily my Doc sent me a scanned copy of my scripts and the local pharmacist filled it off that.
Pretty sickening that those big chain pharmacies are deciding if they will fill a legit script or not and also refusing to transfer scripts. Think of how many people have had major issues due to that…
Never going back to a CVS or Walgreens ever again.

I was tested and diagnosed at an express health care place, called my PCP and he prescribed the meds over the phone since I had a positive test result.

My MIL was exposed this weekend by her granddaughter. She has advanced COPD so we asked her NP about the possibility of a prophylactic Ivermectin prescription. She said “that’s horse medicine.” MIL is never going back to her.

I’m sorry about your Mother. This is what happened to my BIL just last month. Upon testing positive was sent home with instructions to “take what makes him feel better” went downhill from there, given Remdesivir in the hospital, had “COVID pneumonia”, fought like hell for days, put on a ventilator and died within hours. . He was given the monoclonal antibody infusion but it was on day 11, too late I think. Healthy 61 year old.

The only reasons I can think are:
1. The 50,000 dollar reimbursement for ventilator usage
2. Trying to kill people to keep the “numbers” up and scare us
3. The doctors are retards

Why not attack the virus early with a litany of harmless and cheap antivirals.
Ivermectin: ACE-2 binding.
HCQ - ionophore facilitation to interrupt mRNA polymerase.
Famotidine - interrupt amino acid assimilation that make viral proteins.
All these antivirals are harmless and cheap. The worse case prescribing these is they do nothing which is the same result as sending the patients home with a pat on the back and take two Tylenol and call me if things get worse. Best case is they are what's needed to keep some patients out of the hospital.
It's totally bizzare how ivermectin and HCQ have been demonized. At least famotidine is still allowed but I have a feeling that's on the edge of being a conspiracy theory medication soon.

As an aside, technically those meds are not "antivirals". They do seem to exhibit antiviral properties though.
