Anybody who wouldn't want LSU to be coached by Urban Meyer is a damn fool.

I'm not big on Meyer. He's certainly successful and a very good CFB coach. But we need some mid-to-long term stability at HC; it's fine to have assistants move up and/or out- but we have to have that stable head. Meyer isn't that.
However, if Urban sought the job. Like actively lobbied for it- could Woodward and the BoS say no? I don't think they could.

LSU is directly in the NCAA’s crosshairs. Meyer is not the guy to help with that. He is undoubtedly one of the better CFB coaches though.
