Aspirin lowers risk of COVID

Just to get it out of the way Aspirin is also used in horses, too.

Over-the-counter aspirin could protect the lungs of COVID-19 patients and minimize the need for mechanical ventilation, according to new research at the George Washington University.
The team investigated more than 400 COVID patients from hospitals across the United States who take aspirin unrelated to their COVID disease, and found that the treatment reduced the risk of several parameters by almost half: reaching mechanical ventilation by 44%, ICU admissions by 43%, and overall in-hospital mortality by 47%.
“As we learned about the connection between blood clots and COVID-19, we knew that aspirin – used to prevent stroke and heart attack – could be important for COVID-19 patients,” said Dr. Jonathan Chow of the study team. “Our research found an association between low-dose aspirin and decreased severity of COVID-19 and death.”

I take low dose aspirin everyday for a medical reason. Have yet to get Covid. This is interesting news.

There is a sound medical basis for this. Aspirin reduces inflammation which seems to cause some of the problems Covid patients have.

There’s plenty of alternatives to the vaccine but that approach allows people the personal freedom to choose what’s best for them and that’s frowned upon by the current authoritarian regime.

Dr Robert Malone mentioned something about using pepcid when he had covid. He didn't go into detail and I've been trying to see if he talked about it anywhere else. I think he said it on the Jimmy Dore show a couple days ago.

Absolutely! I was going to suggest ibuprofen as well due to the anti inflammatory properties. That’s a big thing regardless if it’s aspirin or ibuprofen.
