When will we get the "we have full confidence in Coach O to turn it around" from the AD?

How often have you heard this AD speak publicly? Isn't it a nice change of pace from the last clown that we had?

The last clown spoke when he should have shut up and said nothing when he should have spoken up. Though I'm not sure him speaking at any time would have been a good thing.
His department also had bigger leaks than the Titanic after it hit the iceberg.
