Buddy Stephen’s at East Mississippi Community College. The man has been proven winner his entire 13-14 years there. I know he’s a JUCO coach but clearly way better than CEO.
He’s been taking in the “academically ineligible” and “troublesome” players from multiple SEC schools for years and winning championships. He’s making a damn nice salary there already. So somebody is willing to pay to keep him there for a reason.

JUCO is a different animal. Someone like that needs to get to a small D1 and win a few seasons to jump to a big program. I like the enthusiasm though.
