Probably needs more detail but a lot of those chains already have issues and if the cost of inputs go up (chicken, pork, beef, etc), which they have, they are looking at price increases or reduced portions.

Not saying they don't, but I could throw a dart at a board and come up with a list too.

Give some financial details, not just say "they are in trouble"

Haven't eaten at McD's in probably 3 years but I recall a double quarter pounder meal being ten bucks. I'm guessing it's a good but more now.
