CMR Roofing - Anyone Used?

In Nola needing tile roof repaired/replaced. Wonder if Anyone has had any experiences with these

They seem legit but the salespeople are a little pushier than I’d like. That being said they came out and assessed etc which is more than I can get some roofers to do. Just don’t want to get burned by a “local” company thats based out of state.

Be careful what you sign with CMR. They try to do you negotiations with your insurance company and get your total amount of all your repairs. I had them out and read the fine print and decided to go with a company that doesn't care what I get from my insurance company.I'm not signing over my rights to another company to talk with insurance. That's why they want your claim number.

Never heard of them but but heard good things about Garcia roofing...their work that is.
I'm getting a new roof also due to hurricane damage. I have spoken with several and happy with my choice.

I'm in Denham but had a couple guys from CMR come through the afternoon my independent adjuster was here. They were pushy and tried to get me to sign a supplemental insurance form on the spot. I told them I wasn't going to make a decision until I had a check from my insurance company.
The adjuster put down for all of my metal fascia to be replaced around the house, and the guy from CMR told me if I'd sign the form, he guaranteed he could get me gutters around the entire house at no extra charge.
But I definitely will not use Garcia, strictly because they stood me up on two separate occasions when they said they'd be here to argue with the insurance adjuster for a full roof replacement. This was a few years back.
EDIT: The guy from CMR also stated that my insurance company would low-ball me because my house still has the original roof with 3 tab shingles. He straight up told me they don't make 3 tab shingles anymore lol

A reference to a 2019 (I believe) thread which played on Garcia's tagline of "Garcia did my roof" with "Garcia did my wife". If memory serves, the poster's wife cheated on him with some due working for Garcia while he was doing work on their home.

Legette Constrution. Came out gave estimate next week roof shingles taken off and replaced in same day. Surprisingly only found 3 roofing nails after cleanup. That’s my biggest complaint
