Max was more mentally game ready than TJ last year. He just had the mental game down very early on. Sometimes it takes guys a little longer. Sometimes they never figure it out.
But TJs ceiling has always been higher. That’s why he started first last year. I don’t give a shite what the fans think. That’s the reality. We’ll find out how far his mental game has progressed.

Max also had the benefit of starting later in the season.
If he was so far ahead why didn't he start over Finley when Brennan got injured?
