She's coming of age and starting to become more confident in her appearance. You can tell by the way she changed up her hair color. A lot of her fans are very ashamed of the way they look and were living vicariously through her. They don't like that she's starting to bare skin and come out of her shell.

That's their problem. She can do anything she wants. If she is comfortable with showing off, go for it.
