Considering the shortage of nurses and having to compete against private clinics that offer better hours and working conditions, they better be willing to offer a big bump in pay to recruit them away from other places.

No. No. Instead he had 14% of his RNs on 2 months of unpaid furlough. No admins were furloughed though. Brilliant, eh?
