Where do people with natural immunity fall in this? I'd imagine a lot of Americans have caught covid and bounced back, yet there is no talk about natural immunity.

Why is that?

I know people who have gotten vaccinated and those who haven't, and people in both groups have caught covid. But I don't know anyone who has caught covid twice.

Shouldn't more emphasis be put on people who have recovered from covid as well as those vaccinated?

Unlike other diseases, Covid doesn't produce natural immunity. Weird.

Where do we fall?

We are the superior race of humanity with bone marrow secreting/pumping out those T cells, B cells, and ready to knock any hint of Covids dick in the dirt.

Wife (no pics) is around 12 to 30 Covid positives a day every work day - got it in December 2019. Has not had any issue whatsoever since re illness...

Me (also no pics) I had it a couple of weeks later, early January 2019 and no hint of illness since. I continue to be exposed to her - not like "She exposes herself to me (no pics)" but our little household is around it almost every day in one way or another.

Many of her coworkers through that time got it. Same story - had trouble if with comorbidities, but recovered and had natural immunity

I was tested positive for antibodies, she never felt the need for any testing. Natural immunity is one of the most liberating thing ever after the shitestorm of misinformation and fear porn by the Democrats/CCP movement. It is very real thanks.

I'm pretty sure many have. I don't test. But I believe I have.

Super mild both times. Once you have immunity the chances of being hospitalized are basically nil. But you can "get it" twice.

The answer you will always get is that “we don’t what kind of protection natural immunity provides”.

I just find it amazing that we can have numerous vaccines with efficacy #s but still no idea if natural immunity is a thing.

Covid did actually kind of kick my arse for about 10 days a month ago.

With that being said, my body adapted and id fully expect to kick it's arse the next time.

Maybe you have, and I don't dispute that, but what are the statistics?

I feel there should be some focus on those of us who have recovered from a previous infection.

It’s out there, but it tends to be misrepresented by people on this board and elsewhere. Natural immunity as far as how long that can last still varies from person to person.

That is correct. We are genetically superior.

Kind of like the vaccine. Especially when immunity is dumbed down to simply “having antibodies” or not.

On an equitable platform, your misinformation would be censored.

From what I've read, measurable antibodies vary from person to person, but that doesn't take into account memory cells in bone marrow (I'm not a Dr. so this could be b.s.).

Is there a study that discusses the re-infection rate of non vaccinated people?

This is coming from a vaccinated person. I know a lot of people who had the virus and a lot of people vaccinated. Don’t know anyone who has had it twice. Know a bunch who were vaccinated and still caught it. My wife and I are two.

My experience as well.

I got Covid before I could get the vaccine, so the question concerning getting vaccinated was a moot point, as it is now that I have natural immunity.

Shouldn't there be a definitive answer to this before a vaccine mandate is passed?

debateable. I heard from a nurse practicioner that such an occurrence would be a testing issue or both tests within too narrow a time frame
