No. They should be able to refuse to fill prescriptions they feel are unsafe/illegal. But they need to be consistent. It's one hundred percent within their right.
So they shouldn't fill the epilepsy medicine my wife takes for restless legs?
Should they question her about it being off-label?
Should they require some diagnosis of epilepsy to justify her getting the medicine?
Or should they just mind their own damned business and do their job?

Well, then the Pharms need to refuse to fill, or call docs to verify, ALL opioid scripts and narcotic cough meds. Abuse and off label purple drank use is rampant. If they are gonna be righteous assholes, be consistent. I have had a script for Ivermectin sitting at Winn Dixie for a month unfilled. Thank God I gave an alternate source.

So smackoverhawg, it is acceptable for them to ask the use? Is it legal? It is a decision between a doctor and patient. It is not illegal to use Ivermectin for covid therapeutic.
If a doctor has researched and seenpositive results with his patients, what right does a pharmacy have to step in and dictate to a doctor that this isn't acceptable use for a treatment.

WRONG.
Doctor writes the prescription, you fill it.
You are not the medical professional in this cycle.
