Stout, not sure if you’re still paying attention to this thread, but for you and anyone else that may know-

What options are available for mold? This is second hand information, but I’m hearing stories about insurance adjuster saying wall is fine, then homeowner finding mold. Reading the language of some policies it appears mold damage is severely limited, even if caused by a covered peril. In other words, it seems like Sheetrock with visible water damage will be removed, but if it’s not apparent and then gets mold, you could be looking at the limited to nil mold coverage on your policy instead.

Is that accurate? Any idea what to do in this situation?
