I have an insulin pump, + metformin & Farxiga.

It’s the farxiga that’s outrageous

After completing a 500 mile bike ride in Rockies, my A1c is still 7.2.

With the meds, diabetes is progressive. When first diagnosed my doctor told me I would be eventually be on insulin, I fought that off as long as I could but he was right.

Call the company itself. I bet they will work with you.

Read the Obesity Code. IT;s all about the benefits of fasting. My A1C plummeted without any meds and I'm no longer diabetic

I’d be a little surprised if Mexican pharmacies carried farxiga. Potential options are manufacturer coupons, goodrx or similar, checking pharmacies with 340b pricing (OLOL/LSU for example), talking to your doctor about changing to a cheaper drug, and changing insurance companies if that’s an option

Laredo

Drive to the bridge and walk across, the streets are covered in Dr's offices and pharmacy.

You use to could walk in the Dr's office and fill out a form stating what you wanted, next door pharmacy, pay and walk right back over the bridge.

We used to go get some stuff (Xanex/Valium)and they give you the legal documents to get back across, just declare what you bring back.

Looks like Farxiga has a savings card that can be used by people with commercial insurance. Costs as low as $0.
