I don't know how you can say it has nothing to do with skin color when it has everything to do with skin color. Ray Rice was in his prime when they (the owners) got together to keep him out, but at first Goodell was just gonna suspend him.

Give him some kind of punishment, but let the man continue on with his career, rightfully so (everyone desrves a second chance). But someone or somebody got hold of the tape with them in the elevator and him clocking her(his wife), and that was the beginning of his downfall.

Youre so full of shite. Ray Rice averaged 3.1 ypc in his final season. If youre good enough, you get 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chances in the NFL regardless of skin color. Unfortunately Rice was washed up, had baggage, and played a position where competent replacements are a dime a dozen.
