WWE could reorganize easily and be a better product instantly, but Vince is surrounded by “douche bag yes men”

According to Ambrose he literally never found out what WWE was offering him when it came time for contract renewal bc by then he was absolutely not resigning with them no matter what. He brushed off the negotiations as long as possible then never looked to see what the offer was
So no, they didn’t just “let him leave”
For the record i watch both companies and enjoy both but I won’t lie, WWE have done certain things in ways that have been extremely frustrating for a long time. On tv and off tv. AEW does a lot of those things in a way I much prefer so I am very excited for their future whatever it may be

I don’t think they are the best tag team in the world, in fact I don’t really see the appeal much at all for them, but they were absolutely begging for their releases for months before it happened. They were not hiding it at all

There’s a reason why Brock gets to be a part timer, same with The Rock and Cena.
Hint: They are actual superstars, and not flippy wrestlers. One packs stadiums, the other is lucky to fill up 5k arenas.

I couldn’t disagree more, but that’s fine.
I liken this to Stockholm Syndrome, the audience has been told for almost a decade that he was “the next dude” that some are starting to believe it. Which I suppose is all that matters.
I’ll give him credit that a decades worth of promo classes have improved his mic skills. I’m not a fan of his in ring work & his selling is over rated. Flipping your hair around isn’t selling. His offense lacks.
And again they had a guy who was supposed to be the future that fans rejected so much that they needed Paul Heyman to come in.
Luckily for them, Brock Lesnar, the real ace, is going to come in and save this angle that has built no one else up.
