Be thankful for 2019....

We had an awesome team, magical QB and amazing WRs. But, we also were fortunate that alabama lost like 11 of their 14 two deep on defense combined with Tua being injured. Otherwise, alabama wins that game. Injuries are a part of football but they got destroyed on the front seven and had no answer at LB.
I would put their 2020 offense a bit better than our 2019 offense. Many times, Burrow made sensational plays to avoid pressure and threw up some prayers that our stud WRs went up and got. Mac Jones has ZERO mobility and they rarely even had 3rd downs.

Bama's Defense gave up a school record number of yards on defense against Ole Miss in 2020.
NOBODY Played Defense in 2020.
And that LSU vs Bama 2019 game was NOT close as the 45-41 score makes the Gumps feel good about. Dummy.

because they were playing will all freshman LBs. i believe it was a one position game several times in the 4th qtr. Burrow refused to let us lose.
