Many of you will remember me mentioning my best friend's Son in Law, who is a Navy Seal Team Leader.
The team's Afghan Translator and his family are at the Kabul Airport at this moment, Visas in hand waiting for some sort of flight out. My friend's wife just called and relayed information from her Seal Leader Son in Law, asking for earnest prayer for the safety of Rashied and his family.
I know several things.
- The Kabul airport is under intermittent shelling by the Taliban, who want to stop all flights out.
- When they catch any US Military supporter, they quickly kill them and their families, except according to my Seal friend, they do worst than just killing the women and children.
- Rashied saved American Seal lives during his time with the Team on more than one deployment.
- To my former and current military brothers and any others who will pray, I ask you to please stop for a moment and pray that God will place a shield of protection around Rashied and his family, so that they can escape death. There are others at the airport also, desperate to get away from death. Please pray for them also.
- Thanks for your prayers.
I'm sorry and am praying for your friend and his family.
Who came up with this plan?? The current administration has blood on their hands. This level of incompetence is hard to fathom.

Some of it wasn’t incompetence. The former Afghan ambassador said last night that the Afghan government stopped sending aid to the front line and the troops were ordered to stand down and not fight.
